    Attached report recommends removing (harvesting) exotic forest and expanding the boundaries of The Nature Conservancy’s Waikamoi Preserve on Haleakala crater’s above 5,000′. 

    Will an Ag CDC create and maintain or contribute/collaborate on a summit to sea soil protection master plan to expand the boundaries of existing preserves for habitat conservation and diversified, regenerative agriculture?
